Lambeth Climate Partnership's fourth Quick Fire Talk is on Biodiversity

The London Philharmonic Orchestra, resident at Lambeth’s Southbank Centre, has announced its 2025/26 Season, which includes a major focus on music highlighting man’s relationship with the earth and nature. A wide range of programmes, including established masterpieces and new works on how composers past and present have taken inspiration from the force of nature and how they are creating debate around the future of our planet at this crucial time.

Lambeth Climate Partnership's third Quick Fire Talk is "Transport". It will feature short presentations from Lambeth-based companies and organisations talking about innovative air quality, freight and active travel projects, and networking opportunities designed to foster relationship building and knowledge sharing.
Lambeth Council is working with businesses in the Waterloo area to make it easier and safer for workers to cycle to and through the area and create streets fit for the future.

It will feature short presentations from Lambeth-based companies and organisations talking about innovative retrofit, heat network and energy efficiency projects, and networking opportunities designed to foster relationship building and knowledge sharing.

Lambeth has secured government funding to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions from homes in the borough.
Lambeth Council’s Big Shift partnered with Peddle My Wheels to deliver an award-winning Community Influencer project. The project provided 30 beginner cyclists with bikes. In return, they shared their journeys and experiences with us so that we can help inspire others to start cycling. We hear from Emily, who participated in the project’s second year and was given an e-cargo bike.
