- Andrea Zick, Chair of the Harvey Nichols Sustainability Forum, shared lessons from how the OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar & Brasserie has reduced food waste by 50% while involving the local community in the process.
- Jackson Bylett, Programme Lead, unveiled the new South Bank and Waterloo Sustains Us website and outlined some of the upcoming projects for the coming year.
South Bank and Waterloo Sustains Us is a whole-neighbourhood strategy developed in collaboration with Lambeth Council, Southwark Council, SBEG, South Bank and Waterloo Neighbours (SoWN), WeAreWaterloo BID and South Bank BID. It was enabled by Mayor of London’s Future Neighbourhoods 2030 programme.
The programme aims to support climate action in local businesses, organisations and residents, further supporting the Lambeth Climate Partnership’s vision of working together for a sustainable, fairer future for Lambeth.
